We are looking for an experienced trainer and designer with a willingness to help us build a comprehensive training curriculum specific to Non-QM lending. In this role you will directly impact our valued partners and exceptional employees by providing outstanding training design and support to both new and existing employees.


  • Work with the Operations, Project Implementation, and IT teams to identify training and support needs for the business, systems, and new employee orientation.
  • Responsible for data analysis as well as mortgage process design and training in an active environment
  • Familiarity and use of a Learning Management System for report development, training tracking and compliance monitoring
  • Partner with business SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and the Project team to prepare instructional documentation and update job aids and reference materials
  • Effectively conduct training sessions via one-on-one training, group trainings, and webinars
  • Effectively navigate remote onboarding training and general position training courses
  • Modify class designs, materials, and delivery method based on changing objectives and modalities
  • Provide post-training support as needed
  • Support the goals of the teams by ensuring learners are prepared with the tools they need to do their jobs effectively
  • Ability to recommend, design and implement employee career growth working with both the business and HR
  • Be an agent of change through the promotion of positive approaches to learning and facilitation

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree a plus in relevant field.
  • 3 plus years of experience in training, writing, communication, presentation, and time management background
  • 3-5 years of mortgage services industry experience

  • Strong Microsoft office suite skills
  • Working knowledge of correspondent and TPO channels training is a plus
